Lauren, like her brother Steven, grew up around the construction and real estate industries. Her first job was as a receptionist for Homestead Realty while she was in high school. Through the years she has developed a strong background in marketing and business development from working in the corporate world. Using these skills and more, she helps clients buy or sell their homes quickly and for the best price in the midst of this competitive market.

Marty started his career in the drywall business working on many different job-sites including the Homestead at Mansfield community. While working there he was able to grow and develop an understanding of the entire home building process before officially starting his own construction company “Martin Homes” in the early 1990’s. In October of 1994 he got his real estate license and joined Homestead Realty. He has since continued to lead a productive career in the construction field while also becoming a NJ Real Estate Broker. Marty utilizes his extensive knowledge of home construction and his connections in the industry to separate himself from other agents in the area.

Steven was raised around real estate development—working for his family’s construction company since he was 16. After college he started his professional career in Manhattan working in finance for 3 years before going back to his passion, real estate, in 2020. He took with him a diverse background of knowledge, an analytical approach, and a professional touch helping his client’s achieve each of their individual goals. He is recognized as an agent that understands the current market and can identify the best possible deals when buying and selling.
